Yes. The name draws from Romans 8:30 (the called) and John 20:21 (the sent). Every apparel design is anchored to a specific verse, and every verse we print carries its reference.

A chart of the real night sky over the date and place you choose, any night from 1900 to 2050: the stars where they stood, the moon at its real phase and the planets that were up. Your names, a line of your own, the place, the date and the coordinates are set beneath it. Choose the whole sky, or The Moon on its own, lit as it was that night. There are three styles: Covenant (deep navy, warm gold ink), Folio (ink on cream) and Midnight (a deep charcoal night, with the stars in their true colors).

There are two ways to have it. The framed canvas is printed on canvas, 344 g/m2, in a pine frame 1.25 in deep with the canvas floating inside it. It comes in a black, white or brown frame, in 16 x 20, 18 x 24 or 24 x 36 inches, with hanging hardware attached, so it arrives ready to hang. The framed print is thick matte paper, 189 g/m2, in a wood frame 0.75 in deep with an acrylic front and no mat. It comes in black, white or oak (oak in the US only), in 12 x 16, 18 x 24 or 24 x 36 inches, with hanging hardware included.

Yes. Fill in the date, the place and your names on the product page, and the preview draws your sky in about a second, using the same software that draws your print. If the moon was close to new that night, the preview tells you before you order.

The occasion, one or two names, a line of your own (or none), the date, the time if you know it, the town or city, and the style. For a church or a beach, paste exact coordinates from any map app. You can add a verse chosen from a short list for the occasion, write up to two short lines of your own, or leave it off. If you do not know the time, we draw the sky at 9:00 PM and do not print a time.

Every position is computed for your minute and place. We tested our charts against two independent references: the stars against the International Astronomical Union's SOFA library, and the moon and planets against NASA's JPL Horizons system. Look up the same night in a planetarium app and the stars, moon and planets are where we put them.

It is our promise that the sky on your print is right. If a star or planet, or the moon, sits out of place, tell us in the 30 days after delivery. We check it against NASA’s JPL Horizons system and the IAU SOFA library for the date, time and town you gave us, and if it is out of place we refund the full price you paid. The print stays with you. Every apparel product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements. The most reliable method: take a tee that already fits the way you (or the recipient) like, lay it flat, measure across the chest and from the top of the shoulder to the hem, and match those numbers against the guide. When in doubt between two sizes, size up.

On our heavyweight tees, yes: one boxy classic-cut blank runs S to 5XL. On our classic tees, S to 3XL are a soft, fitted cut, while 4XL and 5XL are printed on a heavier, classic-cut tee with a roomier fit that sits better on a bigger frame. Same design and same print, just a more relaxed cut.

Within the first 24 hours after placing your order, email hello@calledandsent.co with your order number and what needs to change. Because every piece is made to order, once production begins the order is locked. A star map is printed exactly as you enter it, so check the names, date and place in the preview before you order.

Yes. Email hello@calledandsent.co with the quantity, timeline, and destination. Bulk lead times run longer than single-piece orders, so for an event plan at least 4 to 6 weeks of runway.

Our gifts are personalized on the product page. Beyond that the catalog is curated, and for ministry or group orders we can talk about setting a specific phrase or verse in one of our layouts.

No gift wrapping. Orders ship in protective packaging direct from where they are made. If you want to wrap it, ship it to yourself first. Star maps can carry a gift message: add it under Gift message and more options and we print it on the packing slip that comes with your sky.

Every piece is made after you order it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. On apparel, US Standard Delivery typically arrives about 6 days after you order and free Economy Delivery about 10 days, production included. Star maps are printed and framed after you order and usually ship within 2 to 5 business days; once one ships, it usually arrives in 2 to 7 business days in the US. These are typical times, not guarantees, and we do not promise delivery by a particular date. For delivery before Christmas in the US, order by December 9. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses can take a few days longer. If you need it for a day, email us before you order and we will tell you plainly what we know.

Our heavyweight tees are 6.0 oz Ultra Cotton in a boxy classic cut, sized S to 5XL in one blank. Our classic tees are 4.5 oz ringspun cotton in solid colors (heather and sport grey colorways include polyester), with a modern fitted unisex cut. Designs are printed directly onto the garment when you order, in the United States.

On apparel, mockup images are accurate representations, but small variation is normal in print-on-demand production. Print placement can shift up to half an inch, and ink shades can vary slightly between batches. Variation within those tolerances is not a defect. On star maps, a screen gives off light and a print does not, so colors on canvas and paper read a little softer than in the preview.

Wash inside-out in cold water with similar colors and hang dry. Skip bleach, fabric softener, dry cleaning and the iron.

Called & Sent is based in Australia. Our apparel is printed and shipped from the United States. Star maps are printed, framed and shipped after you order, to the United States.

Apparel: on US orders, free Economy Delivery typically arrives about 10 days after you order and Standard Delivery (US$5.99) about 6 days. Star maps: shipping is free to the United States; once one ships, it usually arrives in 2 to 7 business days. These are typical times, not guarantees.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

We ship to the United States only, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier first; parcels are sometimes scanned early. If three business days have passed since the delivered scan and it still has not surfaced, email hello@calledandsent.co with your order number. Genuinely lost packages are replaced free.

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, never arrives, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. For a star map, that includes a print set differently from the preview. Email hello@calledandsent.co with your order number and photos, and please do not ship anything back before we reply. Refunds go to your original payment method. On a star map we call it The Preview Promise.

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us if something is wrong. We replace or refund misprinted, defective, damaged, wrong, or never-delivered orders, and you do not pay return shipping. Change of mind, ordering the wrong size, and a spelling mistake in details you entered are not covered, because every piece is made to order. In Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Full details are in our refund policy.

Email hello@calledandsent.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos (one wide shot, one close-up). We respond within two business days with a replacement or refund.

We do not process direct exchanges, since every piece is printed to order. Email us and we will set you up with a one-time goodwill discount on a reprint in the correct size.
