Called & Sent makes personalized Christian gifts, and scripture apparel for Christian men, each made to order one at a time. Our first gift is The Sky Over Us: the real night sky over the date and place you choose, with your names set beneath it, printed and framed after you order.

A note from the founder

I started Called & Sent because I got tired of faith apparel that either whispered or shouted, and never just said the thing.

I'm a Christian man. I lift. I fish. I've got a private family and a public faith, called to our purpose. Some things belong to the people at your table. Some things are meant for the stranger waiting on the next rack over. The gospel is the second kind.

So this is gear for the man whose faith shows up where his week actually happens. Under the bar on a heavy day. Out on the water before the sun is all the way up. Standing in the pickup line at 3 o'clock. In the room where nobody else is going to say it, so you do. Not fake Christianity. Just a message that holds weight on a product that doesn't fall apart after a month.

Here is how it works. Every piece is made to order, one at a time, and nothing goes on this site that I would not use myself. There is no warehouse of stock I need to move. You get a real promise: if it arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, or never arrives, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we make it right. No stunt, no hoops.

If the words on the back mean something to you, they will mean something to the man reading them over your shoulder in line. That was the whole idea from day one.

Called by God. Sent into the world.

"Called and sent" is not a slogan. It is the shape of the Christian life. God calls His people to Himself, then sends them back out into the world: into their work, their families, their friendships, and everything they put their hands to. Romans 8:30 speaks of the called. John 20:21 records the sending: "As the Father has sent Me, so also I am sending you." Called & Sent lives inside that sentence.

Anchored to the text

Every design starts with Scripture, not with a trend report. Each shirt is anchored to a specific verse, printed on it or standing behind the phrase, so what you wear can start a conversation worth having. On our gifts you choose the verse, or write words of your own, and every verse we print carries its reference. We would rather ship fewer designs that say something true than a wall of generic merch.
